Phone Order Policy
If you order and receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned items will be processed within 10 business days of receipt, and will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
Business days do not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is delivered. If the issue is not reported to us within the 30 day time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
